The Stone Cottage is a favourite of our renters. It has 3 bedrooms (the master has a fireplace), a large eat-in kitchen/dining area (with an old fashioned wood stove that works) and a large living room with another fireplace. There is a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. A large screened-in front porch provides a superb view of Norcan Lake and the surrounding Madawaska Highlands. A television (Bell ExpressVu), DVD player and VCR are provided. A library of movies (click here) is available for our guests to borrow, or bring your own. The entire lodge area is an internet “Hot Spot” so bring your lap-tops if you wish to keep in touch.  We are pleased to offer a new grocery shopping service for our guests to have basic groceries ready stocked in your cottage for your arrival.  Please click on the following link for the basic grocery list Grocery Service.
  • High Season – May 15 to Sept 15 Approximately: CDN $1,050 plus taxes a week for 4 persons or less. For each additional adult add $200 plus taxes per week. For each additional child under 12 years add $100.00 plus taxes per week. The "Stone" sleeps a maximum of 6 persons in 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Weekly rentals only during the High Season.
  • Low Season: CDN $850 plus taxes a week for 4 persons or less. For each additional adult add $175 plus taxes per week. For each additional child under 12 years add $75 plus taxes per week.
  • Christmas and New Year's weeks; $1,100 plus applicable taxes for 4 persons or less. Each additional adult add $200 plus taxes per week. Each additional child under 12 years add $100 plus taxes per week.
  • Regular Weekend rate is $350 plus taxes for 2 nights for 2 persons. Each additional person add $50.00 plus taxes per person per night.
  • Long-Weekend rate $450 plus taxes for 3 nights for 2 persons. For extra persons add $50 plus taxes per person per night.
