The Studio is a charming cottage in the chalet style with a vaulted ceiling, spacious living and dining areas and a fireplace. It is a cozy vacation cottage and a favourite of Canonto Lodge guests. The Studio sleeps 7 persons. There is a comfortable master bedroom with a queen-size bed on the main floor and a loft with one double-bed and three single beds upstairs. A large screened-in porch provides a lovely view of Norcan Lake and the Canonto resort grounds. A television (Bell Express-Vu), DVD player and VCR are provided. The Studio comes fully equipped with all required cooking utensils and appliances including a full-size fridge and stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, as well as the usual pots, plans, bakeware, dishes and glassware. A washer and dryer are available on the main floor for your convenience. Guests supply their own personal towels; all other kitchen towels and bed linens are supplied. Starter amounts of paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels are supplied. A propane BBQ is supplied on the deck.

The entire lodge area is an internet “Hot Spot” so bring your laptop or PDA if you wish to keep in touch. Norcan Lake fishing is renowned in southern Ontario so be sure to bring your fishing gear. There is ample dock space if you wish to bring your own boat(s). Canonto Lodge in the Calabogie, Ottawa area offers some of the finest private waterfront cottage rentals in southern Ontario.
