• Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of your non-refundable deposit of $300.00. Until such time as your deposit is received we will pencil your name in the registry. If your deposit is not received within 10 days of booking, the space will become available to others.  Payment can be made through personal check or electronic funding through Paypal. We accept credit card payments via PayPal for your deposit payment only!  If you wish to pay the balance of your rental via PayPal please add 3.5% to the total as that is what PayPal charges us for handling the transaction.  Cash and/or personal checks are welcome - please see the note below concerning exchange rates.  (Paypal web site is www.paypal.com)

 

  • The balance of your rental is due upon arrival.

 

  • Check-in time is 2:00 pm Saturday, unless alternate arrangements have been made.

 

  • Check-out time is 10:00 am Saturday, unless alternate arrangements have been made.

 

  • Guests supply their own towels. For guests travelling by air, a towel service can be provided.  Guests supply their own personal items. All bedding is provided.

 

  • All cottages are equipped with a picnic table and at least one propane BBQ.

 

  • Garbage must be placed in plastic bags, tied and deposited in the enclosed garbage storage area.

 

  • Please recycle. Rinse out your bottles and cans and deposit them in their respective bins, also in the garbage storage area.

 

  • No pets please.

  • Please no smoking in the buildings. If you do choose to smoke, please do so out of doors, or in the screened porch areas, or on the decks.

  • Please leave the cottages as you found them.

 

  • Management reserves the right to inspect the premises before your departure.

 

  • It is our desire to make your stay as private and as enjoyable as is possible.

 

  • Notice for Exchange Rates: We exchange US cash and US checks at exactly the same rate as our bank gives us.  We do not make any money whatsoever on the exchange.  The US/Canadian currency exchange rate is established several times a week with our bank in Renfrew, Ontario.  All Canadaian banks charge a fee for converting your US cash and checks into Canadian funds.  That fee is included in the conversion rate.  If you have concerns about the rate provided, please pay in Canadian cash, or exchange your US funds for Canadian funds at one of the many banks in the area.
  • Next Year's Rental: It is our policy to offer this year's renters the first opportunity to rent the same unit for next year.  If you wish to rent this unit for next year at the same time, we strongly suggest you book in now, as we have a waiting list.  If you do not book in, the unit will become available for others.
